Males deaths are nearly twice as high as females deaths for all ages.

Males are much more likely to die in traffic crashes than females for all ages.

+ Drivers have more deaths than any other group, except for the 16-20 year old group where passengers have more deaths.

+ Pedestrian deaths are higher in groups over 40.

+ Bicycle deaths occur in higher number in the age 31-75, not in younger people.

Drivers and passengers have similar patterns percent alcohol involvement, highest for 26-30. For passengers it is the driver percent alcohol involvement that determines this variable.

+ A high percentage of pedestrians are drunk, although this category may be also because a driver was drunk.

+ A high percentage of bicylists are drunk, although this category may be also because a driver was drunk. The reason 15 year olds are drunk is becuase of the driver, but as indicated by the chart above there are not many in incidents in this age category.
